Hey y’all! I can’t believe it’s been a year. Allow me to re-introduce myself! I am Shaliece Felder. I’m married to my love Keeshon and mama to 3 sweet kiddos. Born and raised a Jersey girl. About 4.5 years ago, we left NJ for Florida and never looked back at the Northeast. 5 months ago we built our dream home in a sweet suburb in South Carolina. My heart has found its place.
After 34 years of living, I’ve learned so much about myself, like, I tend to take selfies in the car because there is something about the outside lighting that can’t be re-created indoors. Hold your judgement. 😂 I LOVE coffee. I drink a “few” cups a day! Outside of hanging with my family, I enjoy reading, blogging, online shopping… I have incredible faith and I LOVE speaking hope and encouragement into the lives of women. Whether it’s here on my social media, or in person (over coffee, of course ), the ability to encourage others, and point them to Jesus is what I live for! I’m a doer. My love language is acts of service. If you are part of my tribe, I will go hard for you. I’m a LOVER… I love hard, hence I also hurt hard. God has helped me tremendously with this along my journey. I love to laugh and have never met a stranger. I’m intrigued by individuals because every person has something special and unique to offer this world. I love food but it doesn’t always love me back. I go from Keto for weeks to carb loading for weeks and then back to Keto… not sure how that works but it works for me!
I was an HR Manager for the last decade or so but I recently decided to focus more on the things that are closest to my heart so I left my job to be a SAHM. I’ve experienced some enormous highs and lows of life. I wouldn’t trade a single thing. It has developed in me – the art of empathy, bravery, compassion for others, and an understanding of Jesus. This is who I am! I love sharing with you all because I believe the stories of our lives were never meant to be kept a secret. Thanks for being a part of this wonderfully imperfect journey!
