I don’t eat many apples. Honestly, the only time I eat them is in a pie. So a few years ago I decided to try my hand at apple pie. Now being the type person I am, I couldn’t just have plain ole apple pie. So I remembered a Pinterest recipe I saw with a cinnamon roll crust. Ummmm, yes please!

Now on to the actual pie filling. This is the recipe I used.
It is so stinking easy. And it tastes fantastic. Here’s my pie right after I added the lattice:
