Let’s be honest. Time is just one of those resources that we never have enough of. Am I right? And even with a whole 24 hours in a day, it just never seems like enough. I’ve been a stay at home mom, worked outside the home in a corporate career and now I work from home and no matter which stage I was in there is always one constant – my life is busy. My life is full of time-related challenges. Work schedule, kids schedule, personal schedule & household chores.
So what’s a busy mom supposed to do? Well, the honestly the answer is simple, you plan and prepare. What I have learned over time is to strategize and prioritize in order to be more productive during the week and stay on task.

Walmart’s Grocery Pick-up:
Y’all, if you have not tried this yet, you need to start! It is seriously a life-changer. You order fresh groceries online and arrange for a particular pick up
This gives me the ability to have food snacks on-hand without spending time in unnecessary time at the grocery shopping. And I can do it right from my phone. This is such a great option for busy moms. Check your store for availability.
Meal Planning:
This one goes hand in hand with the Walmart grocery pick up. I plan each meal out for the next week and then order the groceries from Walmart grocery pick up. Planning out our meals and snacks takes the “in the moment” stressor off of my plate. I can stick to yummy, balanced meals and delicious snacks like the new Chobani® Gimmies™ yogurts for kids that are available at Walmart. So this a big one. There is no way I can manage it all alone. I spread the load with my family. I am definitely a control nut and like things done “my way”.
